Jerzees – NuBlend Hooded Sweatshirt – 996MR

Nothing has been left unturned when the Jerzees R&D Team put together this Hooded Pullover. It has all the right features for a Hoodie that is destined for the screen printing press. The color selection is second to none to go along with the NuBlend Technology that has made this Custom Imprinted Hoodie so famous.

NuBlend Technology – Material that is indigenous to Jerzees Fabrication of Fleece to resist Pilling during and after washing. That will in fact create a cleaner and smoother Print Surface that is much needed on Fleece Fabric.

Pilling Little tiny bails of lint that collect on the surface of textiles. This happens over time through wear and or washing of a garment. The Jerzees NuBlend Fabric is woven tighter than most and this is what prevents the pilling on their fabrics.

High Stitch Density – More stitches per square inch than normal. Tight stitching is what is needed to create a perfect print canvas for screen printing. This keeps the ink floating on the surface instead of riding in and out of stitch crossings and weaving’s.

2 Ply Hood w/Grommets – A double lined Hood is perfect for those brisk days when you need to cover up and stay warm. Matching Drawcords go along with each Hood. Drawcords are also tipped in a matching color along with a knotted end to keep cord from retracting inside the hood.

Front Pouch Pocket – A large pouch is all part of a Hoodie. Perfect as a Hand Warmer or carrying device. This is where a cell phone, munchies, or other necessities are kept during those nice cool evenings or Fall days.

Two Needle Cover Stitching – This is a Hem that used on the Neck, Armholes, and Waistband. Not only does it look clean and nice on the front side, it adds durability to the garment itself. No garment actually looks complete without this style of coverstitching.

1×1 Ribbed Cuffs and WaistbandThis is the pattern that creates a highly elastic construction. It allows the Cuffs and Waistband to Conform and retract in order to keep its shape. It is constructed from one rib, one flat space, one rib, one flat space, etc. etc. It keeps the cuffs and waistband tight in order to keep out the cold. Another important aspect is the aesthetics of how the Hoodie itself looks once on.

Quarter Turned – During the finishing process the tube of material is flattened creating two creases. by turning the tubing One Quarter time around the seems are than under the arms or better to say, on the sides. This is a much better place for seems as opposed to down the center of the front and back of the garment.
